How do I create an account?
For new customers, you can create an account on the Order Confirmation page a.k.a. the 'Thank you page' (after you've made a first order)
1) Simply enter your password and confirm your password
1) Press "Create my account" and that's it!
Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

I am an existing customer, how do I create an account?
Simply send us a request to open an account at info@toysbot.com. We will send you an email invitation to create an account. Once you receives an invite email, you can click on the activation link, which will direct you to enter a password for your account.

I forgot my password
Should you forget your password, they may contact us at info@toysbot.com to request a password reset. An email will be send to you which contains instructions on how to reset the password. You can also request to reset your password from the link on the Customer Login screen during checkout.

What payment methods does Toysbot.com accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, and Paypal. We also accept Money Orders / Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks (checks for US residents only). Personal checks may be held up to 10 days while the payment clears.

When will my order ship?
Please allow your orders to process and ship within 1-3 business days with the majority of orders shipping out within 24 business hours. Remember that Priority Mail is a type of USPS Shipping Method. It does not mean that your order will be expedited within the warehouse. Domestic UPS Air shipments will ship same day if the order is paid by 1PM CST.

Toysbot.com offers currently only offer the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Does Toysbot.com Ship Internationally?
Yes! Toysbot.com will ship to most countries around the world. International Shipping Information is available upon request. Please e-mail us at info@toysbot.com with INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING in the subject if you have any questions and/or international shipping rates.

When will my order arrive? Is it guaranteed to arrive?
Yes! Items in stock will begin the picking, packing, and shipping process as soon as your credit card is charged. Processing time varies, but it usually takes 1-3 business days. All shipments are guaranteed to arrive, with the exception of those methods listed as Buyer's Risk. Buyer's Risk applies to certain countries when shipping by air mail. We have internal reference numbers with the post office to verify delivery of shipments. Some deliveries may take longer than expected due to issues with the delivery company. In these cases we'll ask you to wait a reasonable amount of additional time for the order to arrive.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but you must update your address on the main portion of your account under 'Shipping Address' AND on any open orders. If your order has already shipped, Toysbot.com cannot be responsible for an incorrect address. Address changes can not be made mid-transit.

Why is my payment status at 'declined' or 'billing declined'?
The 'declined' status means there was a problem with the credit card information you supplied. These problems could include: incorrect expiration date, lack of available credit, or incorrect security code (from the back of your card). The 'billing declined' message will be shown if the billing address information you submitted does not match the billing address information on file with your credit card company. For the protection of all carholders we only process payments when the billing addres and security code (on the back of your card) are confirmed correct.

Why is my order status listed as 'pending'?
The 'pending' status covers many situations, but it generally means we are waiting for your payment to arrive to us, or waiting for a previous payment issue to be resolved. Once the payment arrives to us or a payment issue has been resolved and we receive the full payment, we will update the order status to 'Paid'.

What is the Toysbot.com return policy?
Unopened items: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returning or exchanging unopened merchandise in the the original method of payment minus a 10% restocking fee. All returns or exchanges must be in like new condition and still in original factory package. If a case has been opened, it cannot be returned. The unopened items must be returned within 14 days of the product being purchased. Toysbot will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from Toysbot will not be refunded). Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or the original method of payment. Items must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in original condition, the refund will be less. Customer Service must be contacted before returning any items.

Opened items are any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items: We accept returns on ALL of our products. The only exceptions are below.
* Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items marked final sale/no returns.

Defective items: If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Toysbot.com will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

What is the Toysbot.com cancellation policy?
Products may be cancelled within 10 days of product purchase. This date is based on each individual product's purchase date, not the date of order placement or payment. No cancellations will be accepted after 10 days of the product purchase. This policy applies only to items that have not yet shipped.
