We generally have stock on all items unless it is marked unavailable. We make every effort to ship your order the same day that it is placed. Because of time zones, incorrect credit card information or other circumstances, this will not always occur and your order may be shipped out the following business day. Because of the speed at which we process orders, we will not be able to cancel orders once they have been placed.
You will receive two email notifications from us:
1) An Order Confirmation and Receipt email
When: Immediately after the order was placed via email at the address you provided on the order form.
2) A Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Number email
When: Usually the same day if your order is placed before 1pm CST or following business day after order has shipped from our warehouse.
**International customers please read**
Any order valued under $100 will ship via USPS International 1st Class and will not be trackable as tracking numbers are not assigned for this method, however we will provide a custom number of the package for your reference. Orders valued over $100 will generally ship via USPS International Priority or USPS Express and will have either a delivery confirmation number or tracking number. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order as packages can be delayed in customs.
If under "Status" it says "unfulfilled" then your order is in our warehouse and being processed for shipment and should ship in the next 1-3 business days (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count as business days).
