ORDERING

How To Place An Order 
Buying from Toysbot.com is easy and secure. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your provided information is protected by our secure server. You can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Paypal. We currently do not perform any customer service or order placement by phone. Our system has been designed solely to process web-based information.
For every orderable item, there will be an [Add to Cart] button. This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. When you have finished entering the items you want to purchase into the shopping cart click on the [Your Cart] button to complete checkout. You can always remove the item or change the quantity before completing checkout. After you put something in your basket, you can choose to place the order immediately, or continue shopping. Please note that during the selection process you will not see any shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout process, after you have selected from one of the shipping methods available.You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart. When you're finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping cart by clicking on the [Your Cart] button in the top part of our website.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released. Companies give customer the ability to reserve their own personal copy, before the release. Pre-orders allow consumers to reserve an item in advance.

All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed. Your purchase represents a contract with Toysbot.com to purchase this item. We do not have control over shipment of items nor when we will receive them, so occasionally, items will be available from other sources including toy stores prior to our site. This availability does not affect your pre-order, you are committing to purchase the item regardless of in stock availability at Toysbot.com. 

For reasons beyond our control we cannot attain the product such as manufacturer delays, cancellations and/or allocations, a full refund of your pre-order payment will be credited back to your account.

If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will at the request of the customer, refund the full amount to the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time, and will email the customer but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement prior to cancellation. 

Vendors may also choose to cancel a product line if pre-sales are low. If a Vendor cancels a product line, your order will be cancelled at Toysbot.com. Although we may offer an item as a pre-order, we cannot guarantee that this item will be made and are not responsible if the manufacturer decides to cancel a line.

Please note: Toysbot.com will make an effort to give advance notice of newly arriving merchandise when the supplier provides us with advance notice. Unfortunately, 30-40% of our merchandise arrives to our warehouse without any advance notice. In order to expedite shipping times, we will process orders as quickly as possible.

Communication is very important to us. Please contact us with any questions regarding this policy prior to preordering any item.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We would prefer to never change a price once it's been offered for pre-order. However, because of the very nature of the collectible products we sell it is rare to have all of the information on product distribution that is required to make an intelligent decision on the correct price of a product. Sets and any other items that we assemble do not have a guaranteed pre-order price. If a price increase is required we will notify you via email, if we do not have a response we will cancel your order as we would never take payment without authorization.

Please ensure you are to use a shipping location where you will be able to present at the time of delivery for these are high-value item and not leaving it sit on a porch, in a hallway, or any other location that may be vulnerable to potential theft. This is to protect you and your valuable item.

SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping Time
Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days with the majority of orders shipping out within 24 business hours. Your order will ship out via the shipping method selected, which you'll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped. Your order should arrive within the business days specified in your shipping method (Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not business days). Please note however shipping times are not guaranteed as there are from time to time situations that can arise that could delay an order. This means if your shipping method is "U.S. 5 to 10 Day (Standard)" then your order should arrive on or before the 10th business day from day you placed your order, however we do not guarantee this. We will always do our best to get your package to the delivery company (USPS) to successfully deliver the package to you within the time frame of the shipping method you have selected. Expect your order to arrive within 4-10 days from the day you placed your order. If you place your order after 12 noon on a Friday your order will not be processed until Monday. Please keep in mind we do not imply, promise or guarantee any delivery time of any package within the time frame specified in the shipping method you have selected; because there can be delays that are beyond our control such as bad weather conditions, train or plane delays, problem processing payment or lost or misrouted packages. With that said all orders are insured and have either tracking or delivery confirmation so rest assure your orders are safe with Toysbot.com. We do everything within our control to expedite every order as soon as possible.

International Shipping Time
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and are more or less a guideline of when you should expect to receive your package. Packages can and do get delayed in customs so please be patient for your package to arrive. On average it should take about 2-3 weeks to arrive (about 10-15 business days) however package can and do arrive sooner than this at times. In some cases, due to custom delays or misinformed address, it may take up to 4-5 weeks.

Tracking Number
Any order with a total value of under $100 will likely ship via USPS 1st Class Airmail and should arrive within 5 to 15 business days, about 2-3 weeks total (this method does not have tracking or insurance so therefore you will not be able to track or insure package). Order over $100 will either ship via USPS Airmail Priority or USPS Express and should arrive within 5-15 business days, about 2-3 weeks total (these methods do have either delivery confirmation or tracking and insurance). Packages shipped Priority or Express will receive either delivery confirmation or tracking numbers via email when the order has shipped.

International Taxes, Duties AND Custom Fees
Toysbot ships your package DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items in the event that you are out of town and there is valid proof of delivery.

RETURNS

Unopened items
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returning or exchanging unopened merchandise in the the original method of payment minus a 10% restocking fee. All returns or exchanges must be in like new condition and still in original factory package. If a case has been opened, it cannot be returned. The unopened items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. Toysbot will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from Toysbot.com will not be refunded). Refunds will be issued in the form of the original method of payment. Items must be packed inside a shipping box with sufficient protection. If the product is not in original condition, the refund will be less. Customer Service must be contacted before returning any items.

Condition of returned Items
Sorry, we do not take back opened items under any circumstance. We only take back items that are UN-OPENED and UN-PLAYED with. Please ensure that return package is pack carefully. If return product is damaged, because of poor packing, we'll deduct up to 50% off the refund.

Opened items are any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Defective items
We are committed to your shopping satisfaction. If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect we are happy to ship a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Toysbot will cover all shipping fees to and from our warehouse on defective items. Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We accept returns on ALL of our products. The only exceptions are below.

  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are final sale are as follows: sale items, items marked final sale/no returns.

Return Procedure
Any returns should be sent back to the address on the shipping label. Once we receive your return, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.

Shipping Your Return:

    1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).
    2. Include the invoice in the shipment and a a copy of your order number and the details of the return with the item(s) you are returning, and keep a copy for your record.
    3. You are responsible for any return shipping costs (return postage will only be covered by Toysbot.com in the case of damaged or mis-shipped merchandise).
    -To ensure your item gets to us and because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service.
    4. All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without prior knowledge will be refused.
    5. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.
    6. As soon as we receive the item you are returning we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same condition we shipped out to you and after confirming the item(s) meet this criteria, a refund will either be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase.
